About Us
Established in 2020, Rojo Blanco is an energy savings consultancy firm that works with organizations and businesses to understand their power consumption, and provide solutions to reduce their electricity costs through solar power solutions on an OpEx model. We partner with world-class solar developers to finance and execute the projects on the most competitive terms over the lifecycle of the plant.
What we do
We work with prospective clients to analyze their electricity consumption, and based on their requirements and constraints, we provide expert advice on the most viable solutions for them to reduce their energy bill. Once the client decides on their course of action, we connect them with an industry-leading solar provider for end-to-end development and management of the solar project, and guide them through the contracting and purchase process.
We work with clients across India and regional countries. Our specialty lies in offering clients solar solutions on an operational expense model, which means the client get the benefits of purchasing cheaper and cleaner solar power without heavy capital investments.
Our leadership team
Madhav Krishna Kejriwal (director), has 35 years of deep experience in management and business development activities in the steel, power and infrastructure industries. Well versed in the regulatory landscape of India, and the needs and challenges faced by large industrial groups, he oversees project financing, development, oversight and compliance for the firm.
Pradyumna Kejriwal (director), is an alumnus of the University of Southern California (USC) and The Doon School. With 7 years of experience in the power sector, he leads our new business development and outreach efforts, and is responsible for guiding our clients through the merits of various solar solutions available and the contracting process with the developer.
Vision
We believe in the transformational power of solar energy, and we believe with the superior cost economics of solar power today make it an obvious solution for organizations to lower their energy bill and carbon footprint at the same time.
The reason solar energy today is not yet being harnessed to its true potential is because organizations do not want to invest in non-core capital expenditure with long payback periods. We realized that by removing this hurdle, and providing 'solar power as a service', we can truly unlock its potential, allowing corporations to gain the benefits without impacting their balance sheet and distracting from their core business.
